BioSilta is a spin-out company from the Bioprocess Engineering Laboratory of the University of Oulu, Finland. The company has developed a break-through growth-media technology EnBase™ for the production of biologics. EnBase™ enables controlled growth of bacteria cells providing 10 to 100 times higher yields in small scale (from shake flask down to micro titer plate) production.
